Return Policy
At Coast to Coast Pro Shop, each product is custom-decorated using premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat-pressed transfers. Because every item is made to order, we accept returns only when there is an issue with the order.
Eligible Returns
- You may request a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or
- The product received is not the item, size, or design you ordered.
Not Eligible for Return
- Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
- Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept general returns like:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind or preference
How to Request a Return
- Email info@ctcproshop.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo or description of the issue.
- We will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Important: Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering. Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept general returns.
Shipping Information
Turnaround Times
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, depending on the product and level of customization. We make it our mission to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; however, some orders may take up to 4 business days.
Economy
5 to 8 business days
3 to 4 business days
Express
1 to 2 business days
Shipping Locations
We ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that shipments outside the continental United States may incur an additional fee.
Delays & Responsibility
Please allow extra time for unforeseen delays due to carrier issues. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages that may be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
Tracking Numbers
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) ship. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to activate or update tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, contact info@ctcproshop.com with your name, email, and order number.
